What is a Netball Account?

A Netball Account is your gateway to interacting with Netball’s online platforms and the place to control which communications you receive from England Netball – all in one place.
If you have an existing Engage account, you can log into your Netball account using your ENgage email address and password. If you do not have an ENgage account, you can create one here.
Over time, you will be able to use your Netball Account to log into all of England Netball operated websites.
Who needs a Netball Account?

Anyone who wants to make the most of England Netball’s online experience. Over time, you will be able to buy online from our Membership, Courses and Programmes, or England Netball Store services through your Netball Account.
Therefore we’re encouraging everyone in the netball family to create a Netball Account at the earliest opportunity.
Your Netball Account will also allow you to manage your preferences and tailor the communications you receive.
When will I use my Netball Account?

Currently your Netball Account will allow you to change and update your communication preferences and personal details at any time with ease, meaning you get information that you want to hear about.
I have an ENgage account with England Netball – do I need to create a Netball Account?

No, you will not need to create a new Netball account. If you have an existing ENgage Account; use the same email address and password to log in here
If you haven’t recently changed your password or are having trouble logging in using your ENgage credentials, you need to reset your ENgage account password here. Once reset you can return to login here
How do I create a Netball Account?

If you’re new to Netball, you can create a Netball account by completing our registration form here.
If you have existing accounts with other England Netball platforms, make sure you use the same email address when creating this Netball account. This will make it easier to link all your England Netball accounts together in the future.
I have created a Netball Account but I haven’t received the confirmation email. What should I do?

It may take up to a few minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox. If you do not receive your email, please follow the next steps:
- Check your junk and spam folders
- Add no-reply@service.englandnetball.co.uk to your safe senders list.
- Retry sending the confirmation email by logging in again with your email and password, and you will see the ‘Awaiting Confirmation Email’ page where you can click the link to resend.
The link in my confirmation email does not work.

If you have received the email but cannot click on the link, try the following;
- Add no-reply@service.englandnetball.co.uk to your safe senders list.
- Right-clicking on the link, and select from options to ‘open hyperlink’, or ‘copy hyperlink’ and paste into a browser address bar and press return.
Can I register more than one Netball Account per email address?

No. Every Netball Account must be registered against a unique email address.
To retain your membership history, you must ensure that you use the same email address as you used for your ENgage account with England Netball.

I have an England Netball ENgage account – can I link it to my new Netball Account?

No, currently you cannot link a Netball account to an ENgage Account. However, If you have an existing ENgage Account, you can use the same email address and password to log into your Netball Account here
